For Iris procedures to enlarge a small pupil by cutting the Iris margin with a 360 approach through two side port incisions. For Anterior Chamber procedures to cut the Capsulorhexis margin before expanding a small CCC, recovery of the Anterior Capsular tear or make an incision in the edge of shrunk Capsulorhexis.
